About the MOB


A ten-week online bootcamp with a focus on rucking, general physical preparedness and mental toughness. To earn your patch, you must have completed the ten mandatory challenges. Integrity and responsibility lies with the individual, but we follow up and coach on this platform.

Whats included?

- Training and finisher patch

- 1 mandatory physical and mental challenge every weekend for ten weeks (1 - 4h long sessions)

- 4 additional workouts per week with easy access video instructions. 

Necessary equipment:

- Rucksack with weight (20kg,♀15kg)

Recommended equipment:

- Smart watch with GPS or a

- Smart phone with a fitness trackingapp. 

- Additional weight (♂20kg,♀15kg)

No physical meetings, you can sign up for and complete MOB from anywhere in the world
